Responsibilities:
- Provide a full reception service to guests, including walk-up requests for accommodation, check-in, guest registration, check-out, and handling customer enquiries.
- Ensure the booking system is maintained and kept fully up-to-date.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails and booking enquiries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with guests to ensure maximum satisfaction, providing local and regional information where requested.
- Promote hostel, including updating website information, maintaining mailing lists and circulating marketing materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience of providing high-quality customer service.
- Advanced level of English skills.
- Advanced level of Russian skills.
