Acqurant Corp. is looking for a Sales Manager to fill the position of a client company in telecommunications sphere. The applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability. The position requires to constantly meet/communicate with potential and current clients, thus communication and presentation competencies will also be considered.
 
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
 
  • Planning sales goals and developing strategies to meet this plan,
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary,
  • Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships,
  • Selling VoIP services for corporate technology and communications systems,
  • Identifying, developing and establishing relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments,
  • Understanding ideal customers and how they relate to products,
  • Designing customized, cost-effective solutions for clients,
  • Maintaining an updated database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status,
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, sales techniques, etc., · Servicing existing accounts, resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management,
  • Promoting the organization and its products.
 
Sales Manager Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of two years experience in sales field (experience in telecommunications field will be a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
