We are expanding rapidly and are, therefore, on a lookout for native-level French-speaking customer support agents. Suitable candidates will need to answer customer questions, resolve their issues, and communicate our current and upcoming promotional activities via email and live chat.

- Fluency in French
- English knowledge will be considered an advantage

- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good typing speed (approximately 50 wpm)

- Prioritizing tasks and keeping daily / weekly / monthly KPIs
