Responsibilities
The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. Amazon SellerCentral Account Mgt
- Monitor various system notifications which relate to accounts, product or listing issues. Handle promptly and ensure we stay compliant.
- Defend against intellectual property infringements
- Run & analyze detailed defect reports.
- Create shipment plans
- Monitor inventory performance and resolve issues, if needed
- Track sales
- Track advertising spent
- Reach out to amazon seller support representatives creating and actively managing cases
- Etc.

2. PayPerClick Advertising
- Manage amazon advertising campaigns
- Manage facebook advertising campaigns
- Track, Monitor and take action on keyword rankings
- Keyword research

3. Administrative Assistance
- Download & file invoices
- Help with business travel bookings
- Etc.

4. Knowledge Management
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies.
- Proactively build a knowledge database of training materials and new procedures.
- Own the management and proper organization of this SOP library.

5. Customer Service
- Respond to customer messages, reviews, and feedback in writing, promptly and independently
- Answer customer questions about our products
- Create manual product fulfillment orders for customers
- Create standard customer reply message templates
- Gather product and service feedback from customer messages, reviews, feedback and questions and report this regularly for future product improvements
- Gather and archive customer data
- Up and downvote customer reviews
- Manage return requests
- Etc.

As our business is growing, and your responsibilities will be growing, you may need to support us in hiring more people.

We’re looking for someone long-term, and full-time. Full time does mean that you work Monday - Friday for 36-38hours, and Saturday and Sunday each day about 1 hour. On the weekend you can do the 1 hour of work, whenever you want.
